Wandering and Wondering................... WHY? And What Went Wrong!?

You may have wondered if I have ever taken my misfortune to higher authorities? After Internal affairs, I went to criminal injuries (BC's,AG), seeking injury compensation. That was in '97 and with no luck, I was then denied disability benefits. Denied Canada pension (hrdc), denied two government sponsored vocation programs ('97&'01). Still harassed and slander by Vancouver police, I literally had advocates tell me that they could not 'move me'? IE: do anything for me!? 1998, I took my complaint first to CSIS, then to the municipal police complaint commissioner, only for both to be white washed! I then participated in the review of the complaint commissioner that was 2000-01. In 2002, made more inquiries to CSIS. 2003, saw the removal of the complaints commissioner and with help from an acting commissioner, watched the then police chief,(my favorite,out of 5 or 6 chiefs in my 14 year ordeal) now 2004, conduct his own review of my original '94 complaint. I watched the RCMP conduct their investigation, re-ordered by OPCC ('04-05), whose findings were all substantiated, that included torture! Torture, a word used to me by an informant(2005) who describe activities that involved tying string to fingers and toes??? I watched BC's sol/gen close that report, with word on the street that they feared a back lash! With more 'messages', this was the biggest government fraud/cover-up ever! I then made contact with the federal AG, first Liberal who suggested that I make a police complaint to IA, and if that wasn't of help I should go to the province's sol/gen, regarding o/c?! Now today, I'm lobbying the Christian right, Canada's 'new' government for public safety. To this day, I am ignored by all, including civil/human rights groups. Still with no body of authority to report crime to, I am shunned by most of society. Plus, forced to live in pain and poverty with a bastardized reputation!________PS: I as well told my misfortune to the Privacy commissioner, whose office told me that they couldn't do anything for me as long as there was a federal investigation? Does this mean the feds can put illegal web cameras in my apartment, via the fire dept.,(and every other place I lived in over the past 14 years!)? With out my consent and exploit me?! The ombudsman was useless too! THIS IS FROM A FALSIFIED POLICE RECORD! Both municipal and RCMP! The internal affairs detective(municipal),had another officer take pictures (upon my formal interview of my complaint),of the bruises I received. That officer wore a red dress uniform, and a great big smile! Of course when I applied for disclosure, the pictures were all blackened.... After some time had past, and after being called a terrorist? Word on the street was that, I was fund raising for indo-Cdn crimesters? WTF! NOT! The first cop I made a complaint against was/is, East Indian!? I recall making an inquiry to Crown Counsel after no charges were approved, and I was given the impression that this officer and his brother, another Vancouver cop. Were always coming up before the courts and never receiving punishment for misconduct. I was informed by the Crown that they can only press charges with evidence, given by Internal affairs! These people in my opinion are not peace officers, and the moral minded, law abiding/enforcing officers must come to the rescue. For the sake of humanity!
