As I began to pray this morning I held my bible closed in my hands and asked God to lead me to a scripture of hope. I requested the book of Timothy, then I thought no, I'll just see what I get. I randomly opened my bible and these two scriptures I wish to share.
1 Timothy 2
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
1 Timothy 3:16
16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:
God was manifested in the flesh,
Justified in the Spirit,
Seen by angels,
Preached among the Gentiles,
Believed on in the world,
Received up in glory.
