If anyone were to witness crimes committed against me, DO NOT go to the police! TELL ME! The authorities will only use your information to INTIMIDATE you from helping me! This applies to home security. IE: if you know of someone unlawfully entering my apartment, TELL ME! Chances are the authorities already know of this, and THEY WILL NOT PROTECT ME!
